Hey, I'm Tim Sheppard.

I have wrestled in the past at a High School Level in Newfoundland with the Holy Trinity Eagles where I attended both Provincial and Atlantic meets.

After High School, I did a year with Memorial University of Newfoundland where I was on the Sea Hawks Wrestling Team.

After this, I joined the Canadian Armed Forces where I came to Halifax and released to pursue a career with the Halifax Regional Police. I have been involved in other youth sports in a number of coaching positions as well as executive positions on their board.

I feel I have something to offer the club and look forward to getting back on the mat with the team and contributing to the great community of wrestling.
